Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?
We provide FREE Pos Laju shipping on all orders above RM30. For orders below RM30, we will charge:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM7
Sabah & Sarawak: RM10
Once tracking number is updated, customer may need to keep track your parcel status. Courier companies sometimes do not inform when they deliver the item to you even when we request to do that. Any complain MUST be made within 72 hours from the date that we ship out the item.
If customer didn’t receive their parcel due to the fact that the parcel is not tracked, they will have to bear the shipping fee for the second order
Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. However, orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers know that Lumbino Online Sporting Store does not represent any courier companies. As much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcel delays are beyond our control. But then, we assure that we will help as much as we can to make sure your item reaches you. Usually, we process all orders as soon as we can and shipping time will be within 3 – 14 days respected to courier service.

Q1: What are the shipping costs?
We provide free shipping for all orders above RM200 to all the countries listed below:
Tracking numbers will be provided for all services by email once the order has been processed.
For orders below RM200, we charge RM30 for express delivery charges.

Q2: How long is the shipping time?
Usually, we process all orders as soon as we can and shipping time will be within 5 – 14 days. These transit times are subject to custom’s clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
We use services from Citylink, Aramex, DHL or SF Express.
Q3: Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged within 5 working days. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 5 working days at +60 12-4097971 (Hang) with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Refunds would take a processing time of 1 – 2 working days after returned products have been received. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 – 14 days.
Refund method will be bank transfer to customers bank account directly.
